- Reading the Ethereum Tea Leaves: ERC‑20 Tokens, ETH Transactions, and DeFi Tracking That Actually Help - Okay, so check this out—there’s a lot of noise on-chain these days. Wow! - Why smart contract interactions still feel dangerous — and how a better wallet changes the game - Whoa, this space keeps surprising me. Smart contract interactions still feel like the Wild West to many folks. You sign, you approve, you pray and sometimes things go sideways. In DeFi, a tiny UI confusion can cost thousands in seconds. I remember a trade where my instinct said reduce slippage but the dApp masked a… Read More...
- How I Stop Worrying and Actually Keep a Safer Crypto Portfolio - Whoa! I still get that little spike in my chest when I look at a multi-chain portfolio for the first time. - Why Leverage Trading on Hyperliquid Feels Different — and Why That Matters - Whoa! I remember my first on-chain perp trade like it was yesterday. It felt electric. - Secure, Simple, and Versatile: What Your Crypto Wallet Must Do - Whoa! I was late to the hardware-wallet party, honestly. My first impression was that all wallets were pretty much the same. - Why Monero + Haven Protocol Need a Mobile Privacy Wallet—and Which One I Trust - Whoa! I was out running errands when I first thought about privacy wallets. - Why Backup, Recovery, and a Good Web Wallet Matter More Than You Think - Okay, real talk: I lost access to a small stash once. Wow. It still bugs me. Topic 1: Why CFOs move?
Topic 2: How much should I get as a CFO?
A typical question, by almost every client, is about the appropriate compensation range for the CFO (and other senior members of the management team).
While we can answer this using our long experience in this space, we are endeavouring to develop an actual model to suggest the comp range, given experience, size of business, complexity, MNC/Indian and few other variables that are typically included while arriving at the compensation.
If you are a finance professional with more than 5 years of experience and if you are willing to spend 10 minutes completing an online survey which will ask questions around the comp and the structure, please drop us a mail by clicking here
Topic 3: Do leadership transitions work out?
The pace of transitions have picked up in the last 15 years, across levels, including the leadership levels. How often have these transitions worked out for those making these transitions? What was the motive for the transition in the first place and how did the reality pan out? Looking back, has the transition been a successful one? What could you (or the organization) have done different to make the transition successful?
These and other questions are the focus of our research here and is focussed on the individual (and not on the organization).
If you are at least at a VP level and switched jobs in the last 2 years, and if you are willing to spend at least 10-15 minutes on completing an online survey please drop us a mail by clicking here.
