Saroja
An ICWA, Saroja brings 20+ years in auto-component business, and later, search. She has built up Resource Bridge from infancy and today, leads the CFO Practice, which she has built into a CFO Search powerhouse. Saroja brings extensive experience in consumer, retail and fashion spaces.

Chhavi
Chhavi is a seasoned executive recruiting professional with over 15 years of experience in this field, with stints at Transearch and RGF Executive Search. Over this time, while she has worked across industries, notably Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Consumer and Media sectors. An IMT Ghaziabad graduate, Chhavi focuses on Commercial Leadership Transitions horizontal and Industrials + Infrastructure vertical. Based out of NCR, Chhavi also leads the client development efforts for the NCR region.

Lata An MBA and TCS alumnus, Lata brings 25+ years in both the industry and search space, with multiple technology mandates to her credit. She brings extensive experience in life-sciences and consumer space.

Mona Mona brings 15+ years of experience in the industry and independent business, and currently, leads the New Client Engagement efforts at Resource Bridge.
