- Secure, Simple, and Versatile: What Your Crypto Wallet Must Do - Whoa! I was late to the hardware-wallet party, honestly. My first impression was that all wallets were pretty much the same. But after fumbling with seed phrases on my phone and losing access to a tiny altcoin stash, I started to see the differences in a much clearer, rather messy way that no blog post… Read More...

- How Real-Time Price Alerts Changed the Way I Trade DeFi (and Why You Should Care) - Mid-trade thoughts hit me like a truck once. Wow! My first instinct was panic; the chart screamed red and my gut said sell right now. But then I took a breath and watched the on-chain feeds tick, and something shifted—slowly, methodically. Initially I thought speed alone would save me, but the truth is messier and… Read More...
- Why privacy wallets like Wasabi matter — and what coin mixing really buys you - Whoa! I got pulled into this rabbit hole a few years back, and honestly my first reaction was, "Really?" Privacy in Bitcoin feels weirdly urgent. It's not just about hiding stuff; it's about preserving choice and financial breathing room, especially in a world where data gets weaponized. Wow! Managing tokens across chains felt like herding cats at first, and my instinct said this was a solvable headache, not a permanent condition. - Reading the Room: Market Caps, Trading Pairs, and Liquidity Pools for DeFi Traders - Crypto feels like the wild west some days, and market structure is your map. - Stargate Finance and the Rise of Omnichain Liquidity: Why It Matters Now - Whoa! I didn't expect cross-chain liquidity to feel this... natural. Seriously? Yeah. Topic 1: Why CFOs move?
Topic 2: How much should I get as a CFO?
A typical question, by almost every client, is about the appropriate compensation range for the CFO (and other senior members of the management team).
While we can answer this using our long experience in this space, we are endeavouring to develop an actual model to suggest the comp range, given experience, size of business, complexity, MNC/Indian and few other variables that are typically included while arriving at the compensation.
If you are a finance professional with more than 5 years of experience and if you are willing to spend 10 minutes completing an online survey which will ask questions around the comp and the structure, please drop us a mail by clicking here
Topic 3: Do leadership transitions work out?
The pace of transitions have picked up in the last 15 years, across levels, including the leadership levels. How often have these transitions worked out for those making these transitions? What was the motive for the transition in the first place and how did the reality pan out? Looking back, has the transition been a successful one? What could you (or the organization) have done different to make the transition successful?
These and other questions are the focus of our research here and is focussed on the individual (and not on the organization).
If you are at least at a VP level and switched jobs in the last 2 years, and if you are willing to spend at least 10-15 minutes on completing an online survey please drop us a mail by clicking here.
